My first magazine in media studies!!!!!!
In the first lesson as a one group of four people, we made one page of magazine page which was about what happened in our summer holidays. The title of a page is called "SUMMER TIMESSSS" there are 4 S's in the title because we wrote one story from each people and each of us wrote out very different stories, one of story is about accident that I had during my holiday in Japan and others are about what kind of fun stuffs people did and where they went during their holiday which are all very interesting stories to have look! also there are drawing for the each story which gives the readers a view of our stories. As a group I think it went very successful because we had lots of different ideas from everyone that how we should lay out the stories and how we should design a magazine page also we had a lot of communications. I really thought that it was a very good opportunity to work as group because you can learn from others when they are giving their opinions also we will have to work as a group in the future so it was a good experience for me.

What role does blogs play in my life?
I think the blogs are very useful and helpful in my life because a lot people are posting interesting informations and about themselves (e.g life stories, hobbies etc...) which I sometimes learn something from it. However I don't always follow blogs very often this is because there are too many blogs on the internet which confuses me sometimes but when I made this blog I actually realised that blogs are really good way of expressing your self to others and to know what is other people's life stories are like also sometimes you can read the news faster than it comes up on the news papers or magazines. So overall I kind of think that it helps me to have wide views of the world.
What role do I think blogs play in the society that I live in or come from?
In Japan there are a lot of people who reads or writes their own blogs. Blogs are giving big effects to Japanese people specially to the young people this is because old people does not use internet so often which they usually gets the information and the news from the magazines of the news papers. And the reason why young people uses blogs is because they like to read celebrities blogs which you can see what celebrities are doing in their private time, also by expressing your self through blogs it gives interests to the readers and you can get a lot of followers to your own blog which you can be like the celebrities. I think doing your own blog is a new way of enjoying your life.
ISCA Party Animals!!
In the few weeks time I am going to create a magazine about ISCA life. The theme of my magazine is going to be about a music especially focusing on House musics. In my magazine I am going to write about how ISCA people live with a House musics, how it makes them different by listening to a House music and how they party in ISCA by showing their individual party style also showing what they feel when they listens to House musics. My fellow students are going to care to read my magazine because they might have a strong interests in House musics or partying or they might want to know about House musics that how it effects people in ISCA.
ISCA Magazine Research
This is the magazine research for ISCA magazine which I looked into different types of magazines to find out how are they different to each others
This magazine is a hip-hop music magazine which includes a lot of information about hottest musics and artists from hip-hop musics. I like this front cover because they put an artist called Lil Wayne who is known as one of the best hip-hop artist in the world which gives big impact on readers just by seeing him on the front cover so it makes the people wanting to buy. I think the way they put a masthead behind a person and highlighted large text on the left are really standing out pulling buyers attention very well also I like how they placed the texts because it is really easy to read by having big texts on one side and small texts on other side.
This is also a music magazine and I really like how they made half of an artist's face on the left and right with a whole face in the middle which looks very interesting when you first look at it and is very attractive. Again in this music magazine they have put a main thing in a large texts so it stands out well. This magazine has the texts on the right so it is kept simple and easy to read also the colour of this front cover is kept very simple so it is easy to read as well.
This is a football magazine which includes the newest and hottest informations of the month about football. I really like the way they have a big masthead on the top with red and black colours which stands out very well. I think it is clever that they kept all the texts in one side because you can concentrate reading also by putting a model on the right hand side the whole front cover stands out equally and gives readers a good looking of front cover. Also the way they separates the texts are very easy for the readers as well.
This is a fashion magazine which shows readers the new styles of 2012. I like the way they put a model in the middle with zoomed medium flamed photo and having big masthead, big text at the bottom and little texts on the both sides which are separated well. I think it is good that they highlighted the texts so it stands out well and is easy to read because I think they kept everything simple.
